Larger or more complex repairs may require additional time depending on the scope of work, weather conditions, and material availability. We’ll always provide a clear timeline before work begins.
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Standard repair/maintenance work performed by Aloha Built Roofing includes a 30-day limited workmanship warranty from the date of completion. If the original repaired area experiences the same leak within that period, simply notify us and we’ll make a one time visit at no additional labor charge to inspect and address the covered condition.
This warranty applies only to the original repair area and does not cover new leaks, damage caused by severe weather, lack of maintenance, work performed by others, manufacturer defects, or hidden pre-existing conditions.
As part of our commitment to serving the community, we may occasionally perform volunteer or community outreach projects for families or individuals in need. Because these services are provided at no cost, they are performed as-is and are not covered by a workmanship warranty.

We are currently working toward obtaining our California C-39 Roofing Contractor License and, in the meantime, operate within California‘s CSLB Licensing limit.
